To be honest, I can't understand most of the reviews. The tables are not clean and the staff is wearing aprons that have never been washed. I can understand that you understand less through the masks, but it can't be that you have to repeat orders 3 times and after the whole ordering process (6 minutes for 4 people) you get things that you didn't order. Everything seems a bit messy and the atmosphere is not cozy. The food is so, was maybe a little little but otherwise of an acceptable quality. We all ordered our Patties medium, all of them were not medium but through, at most in places medium.

So I do not find price performance justified at all. Expensive for small portions that won't fill you up. Burger with fries and cola just under € 12 and the fries are quite ordinary like those from mc's Taste was okay, definitely disappointed.

Prices were okay, the food was delicious except for the wings which were rather tasteless but otherwise a nice shop will be back

Were here today spontaneously and were very impressed. Very nice service, open kitchen, very clean. And above all ..... Damn delicious. With a direct view of the Drachenfels. Location saved, we'd love to come back.

Very good citizens, freshly prepared in the open kitchen, homemade sauces, nice service, beautiful view of the Rhine, unfortunately only the thin frozen fries, I don't like them that much, fair prices, darts and billiards. Recommendable.

Despite Corona you felt comfortable there. Food was great. Child friendly.

The food is good. No reason to complain. The staff friendly and nice. Location big and very clean. Maybe a little overpriced, but you shouldn't eat outside every day.

Hi, Very tasty castles with meat, nice decor, good service, parking spaces in front of the door, great view of the Rhine and Nonnenwerter island. Only the salad in mine wasn't that crunchy. How the other dishes are, I can not report yet. Tiramisu without alcohol was also on offer. Cool AMG C43s in front of the door. Ciao

Great food, great staff, great place, great view..... My only criticism is they need to offer a kids sized burger.

Food was nice, but service most definitely not with a smile, so not really a happy burger...

Really good shop, very clean, tidy, comfortable. Freshly made burgers and fries after a short wait, really tasty, the BBQ burger with sweet potato fries and mango chili sauce. TOP. Always worth a stop. Keep it up

Although some people are complaining, we always enjoyed the burgers. If you are used to jumbo burgers, don't go, else try the homemade sauces and chicken nuggets.

Much better than expected, recommend.

Prima Burger

In my opinion way too expensive and the portions are small. It reminds me of the halal food downton Bonn. The food was okay, but the sauce with the fries didn't taste like BBQ. I wouldn't recommend it.

Acceptable Burger. 20€ for two kids meals and one adult burger, chips and drink, a bit much in my opinion.
